Role and responsibilities:

• Product bagging in 20-25 kg bags (or balloons) according to approved work instructions and records;
• Complete the necessary documentation as required;
• Clean and/or maintain premises and equipment;
• Apply good manufacturing practices (GMP) and comply with health and safety, hygiene and environmental regulations.
• Be prepared to perform other related tasks on an individual basis and collaborate as a team.

Profile searched:

• High school diploma 5 (SDA) or equivalent (required);
• Must be at least 18 years of age when taking up your duties (required);
• Able to perform manual and repetitive tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively in French;

Responsibilities:

• Order entries in the ERP system.
• Invoice orders at the time of shipment.
• Prepare and send to customers documentation necessary for the export/import process.
• Follow up with freight forwarders to meet the various deadlines required to meet shipping line schedules.
• Ensure the accuracy of documentation to ensure that customers can import and clear without hassle or time loss.
• Follow up with freight forwarders to meet the various deadlines required to meet shipping line schedules.
• Perform road transport requests for the North American markets.
• Make reservation requests to freight forwarders for sea and air exports.
• Advise customers of the shipping schedule for their order.
• Build/update document management procedures for different clients.
• Establish the shipping schedule
• Manage shipping and road costs. Update associated file
• Provide sales support by making the transport cost requests for the purpose of submission to potential customers.
• Incorporate the current transportation costs into the sales file.
• Provide information to warehouse employees regarding transportation, pickup times, etc.
• Provide documentation associated with pallet identification / shipping to warehouse employees.

Desired profile:

• Relevant experience in the field of logistics.
• Certification of Collegial Study (AEC) in Transport Logistics (asset).
• Good knowledge of written English/French.
• Ability to work with computer software.
• Good organization and priority management.
• Work experience in an industry sector (asset).

Responsibilities:
In a GMP and HACCP regulated environment

• Verify calculations, raw data, transcripts and analysis results;
• Verify various records of laboratory instruments;
• Check manufacturing and packaging sheets;
• Quality document drafting and authorization;
• Reconciliation of controlled material;
• Verify analytical methods;
• Other documentary tasks.

Desired profile:

• Specialized training in Quality Assurance or B.Sc. in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology or engineering;
• 0-2 years experience in a GMP and GLP environment;
• Experience of 0 to 2 years in quality assurance;
• Bilingual, spoken and written (English/French);
• Thorough and analytical;
• Able to manage time and priorities well;
• Good interpersonal relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret isometric piping and process diagrams
• Prepare, cut and weld pipes
• Plan assembly sequence of parts
• Clean and prepare surfaces for soldering
• Repair pipes on existing processes
• Assist the pipefitter in taking readings
• Assist the pipefitter in the installation of pipes and equipment
• Manufacture production supports, tables and tools
• Comply with safety and quality standards and rules
• Check compliance with welding plans or instructions
• Select and adjust welding equipment
• Check weld quality and penetration according to standards
• Any other related tasks

Skills: 

• Mastery of the GTAW (TIG) welding process for stainless steel alloys
• Mastery of pipe welding in all positions
• Ability to use basic mechanics tools
• Ability to use power tools, grinder, drill, etc.
• Ability to work in the workshop and on site
• Ability to use equipment such as forklift, boom, chisel, hoist
• Thoroughness and rigour
• Ability to work as a team

Desired profile:

• DEP in welding or any equivalent experience
• 3 years of experience in a similar position (an asset)
• Demonstrate a good sense of initiative, autonomy and proactivity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, results oriented

• Mastery of pipe welding in all positions (Asset)
• Knowledge of mechanics
• Ability to work in the workshop and on site
• Ability to use equipment such as forklift, boom, chisel, hoist

• Professional degree in a field related to piping.
• 3 years of experience in a similar position (an asset)
• Be accurate and thorough
